Dr. Christopher Corrao, DPS is a transformational operations executive with more than 30 years’ experience across public and private markets, as an in-house operations owner and as a service provider with a laser focus on clients.  He has a long record of driving change via technology to reduce risk, increase efficiency and create scale.  Further, the technology enhancements have resulted in operating model redesign to achieve the full benefits of the technology solutions.  Finally, he has imagined and executed outsourcing, insourcing, and work location strategies during his career.  The breadth and depth of his experience makes him uniquely qualified to advise on strategy and solve a wide range of operational challenges.  

Dr. Corrao is the founder of CFOR, a financial services consulting firm dedicated to partnering with clients on strategy, delivery, optimization, and solutions in public and private market operations.

Prior to founding CFOR, he spent five years at Hamilton Lane as a Managing Director and Head of Operations.  Previously, he was a Managing Director at State Street Corporation in the middle office outsourcing group for 8 years, and prior to that, he spent 17 years in operations at Morgan Stanley Investment Management assuming increasing responsibilities.  Finally, he worked as a fund accountant at Vanguard for 3 years. 

As a continual learner, Dr. Corrao earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Temple University, a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Doctor of Professional Studies from Pace University.
